“Let’s Challenge Santa”
METRO aims to make its customers – mainly hospitality businesses – more successful. Because if they are, they come back to buy more stuff.
That Christmas we armed them for the biggest challenge ever – competing with the big man himself.
My team developed this concept and provided the base campaign toolkit for all 30+ METRO countries. This toolkit had to be adaptable into dozens of languages, for various target groups, hundreds of touchpoints and thousands of products.
I fondly remember Hungary reporting a 194% increase in sales.
